NGREDIENTS
45 ml Gin
30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15 ml Simple Syrup
60 ml Soda Water
METHOD
Pour all ingredients directly into highball filled with ice. Stir gently.
NOTE:
Use ‘Old Tom’ Gin for Tom Collins.
GARNISH
Garnish with lemon slice and maraschino cherry.
